Jacquelyne A Leo, M.S. Academic Support Specialist, Academic Coach

My Background

I have more than 20 years of experience in education, beginning as a classroom teacher at both the elementary and middle school levels, followed by nine years as a college adjunct instructor. I currently serve in a newly developed role as an Academic Support Specialist for students in grades 9–12.

My work in higher education has allowed me to refine my approach to teaching practical skills, strategies, and sustainable daily habits that students can realistically integrate into their busy lives. These habits are designed to strengthen academic performance while also supporting long-term success beyond the classroom.

I earned a Master’s degree in the Science of Instruction from Drexel University in 1992 and hold a Pennsylvania Instructional II teaching certification. In addition, I completed the “Coaching Teens and College Students with ADHD” program through JST Coaching, an International Coaching Federation–accredited course.
